T Shivaraman, MD & CEO of Shriram EPC inform that Orient Green Power IPO is likely to come in October. However, the date for Orient Green Power IPO has not yet been finalized. He said company is likely to raise Rs 900 crore via diluting over 20% stake.
Shriram EPC will not be tendering in any shares for offer in IPO. T Shivaraman says that company will not sell the company’s stake in Orient Green IPO. Company is planing to raise Rs 900 cr via Orient Green Power IPO till next month.
