ONGC Is Looking Good Officials of ONGC Videsh Ltd said that ONGC has signed an agreement with a Russian unit. In this deal ONGC will get 30 to 35 percent stake in Sistema-owned JSC Bashneft. All these news are sounding good for ONGC CMP = 1299
